Responsibilities

• Issuing of spares to work order requirements
• Accurate cycle counting
• Maintain the re-ordering system as required and proposing changes to order points
• Communicate stock shortages in a timely manner to ensure stock levels are maintained to the agreed level
• To ensure the stores area is kept in a clean and tidy manner
• Receive and receipt goods into the department and make sure delivery note matches purchase order. To highlight any discrepancies in the appropriate manner (carrying out corporate governance role D - Inventory, with respect to Purchase to Pay Cycle - Goods and Services )
• Despatch items for repair as and when required
• Process work orders within the department when required
• Issue relevant stock movement reports in the absence of the purchasing controller (engineering)
• Any other reasonable duties as requested

• High degree of IT literacy including Microsoft Office and familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems/ERP systems
• Able to produce reports and manage computer systems being familiar with Word, Excel, and similar office applications
