Stores & Project Materials Controller Dungannon
Hours: Monday–Thursday 7:30am–4:30pm, Friday 7:30am–2pm
Description: We are hiring for our client for a Stores & Project Materials Controller to join their growing team in Dungannon. This key role ensures all project materials, stock, and company tooling are controlled, organised, and ready to support production and project delivery. The successful Stores & Project Materials Controller will maintain accurate stock integrity, manage the tool park, and help drive operational efficiency across the business.

- Receive, check, allocate, and prepare project materials in line with production and delivery schedules.
- Monitor stock levels, carry out stock counts, and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Control goods in/out, manage returns, and ensure stock integrity.
- Support procurement by raising purchase requests and tracking deliveries.
- Maintain visibility of project material readiness for Production and PM teams.
- Manage company tool park, including maintenance, certification, and inventory optimisation.
- Maintain safe, organised warehouse and yard operations, including occasional driving duties.
- Previous experience in materials, stores, or warehouse control, ideally in a production or project environment.
- Strong organisational and attention-to-detail skills.
- Experience with inventory management systems is desirable.
- Proactive, responsible, and able to manage competing priorities.
- Team player with strong communication skills.
