Mechanical Maintenance Engineer (Nights) – Dungannon

We are hiring for our client for an exciting Night shift
Mechanical Maintenance Engineer opportunity based in Dungannon. This role offers the chance to join a highly automated manufacturing environment where you’ll play a key role in keeping production running efficiently and reliably.

Working a continental night shift pattern of just 7 shifts every fortnight

• Carry out planned preventative and reactive mechanical maintenance across automated production equipment
• Diagnose faults quickly and implement effective repairs to minimise downtime
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance plant performance and reliability
• Work closely with engineering and production teams to maximise equipment availability
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and ensure compliance with health and safety procedures
• Contribute to root cause analysis and preventative actions following equipment failures

• Time-served Mechanical Maintenance Engineer or equivalent engineering qualification
• Previous maintenance experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Strong fault‑finding and problem‑solving skills
• Comfortable working independently on night shift
• A proactive approach with a focus on reliability, safety and continuous improvement

• Salary of £52,500
