Production Operative

Your new role

As a Production Operative, you will play a key role within the manufacturing process, supporting the production and assembly of high-quality equipment. Working as part of a collaborative team, you will help ensure production targets, quality standards and health & safety requirements are consistently achieved.

Duties will include:

Assembly and fitting of components using hand and power tools
Operating production machinery and equipment safely
Quality checking finished products to required standards
Reading and following work instructions and engineering drawings
Maintaining a clean and organised work area
Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the production line
Adhering to all health, safety and environmental procedures
What you'll need to succeed

Previous experience within a manufacturing, production or assembly environment is desirable
Ability to use hand and power tools
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Good communication and teamwork skills
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Flexibility to work shifts where required
