Key Responsibilities Lead and develop the production team to improve performance and efficiency. Drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives. Implement automated production techniques and oversee new equipment installations. Ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards and promote a strong safety culture. Maintain high quality standards and adherence to quality systems. Monitor and report on production performance, costs, and KPIs.

Essential Criteria Proven Production Management experience within a manufacturing environment. Strong leadership and people management skills. Experience driving productivity improvements and Lean Manufacturing initiatives. Good understanding of Health & Safety and quality management systems. Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Desirable Criteria

Experience with automation, robotics, or advanced manufacturing technologies. Engineering or manufacturing qualification. Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement training.
