About the Role
Working in our fast-paced, high-volume food manufacturing environment, youll work closely with the Factory Manager and Team Leaders to ensure smooth, efficient operations across production lines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support Team Leaders and production staff
• Train new starters and upskill current team members
• Ensure all daily paperwork and production records are accurately completed
• Oversee the running of production lines, maintaining high efficiency and quality
• Hit shift targets while minimizing waste
• Organize and manage changeovers for maximum efficiency
• Promote a safe, clean, and positive working environment

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 1 year of food production experience (machine minder, assistant team leader, or above)
• A strong communicator with a positive, motivational leadership style
• Someone who thrives in a team environment and enjoys helping others improve
• A hands-on leader with the ability to stay calm and organized under pressure
