Production Team Leader (Food) £27,000 - £28,000  Overtime (OTE £37k)  Training  Progression  Company Bonus  32 Days Holiday Smethwick, Birmingham Are you a Production Team Leader, looking to step into a thriving and well-established business offering progression opportunities into managerial roles as well as optional overtime to significantly boost your earnings? In this role you will be working a weekday afternoon shift from 2:30pm to 10:30pm, Monday to Friday.

You will be responsible for leading and monitoring the production team and ensuring health & safety procedures are followed. You will oversee product quality, ensure packaging meets company standards, monitor product temperatures, and keep production running efficiently to meet daily targets. With almost 40 years of industry success, this expanding company supplies some of the UK's largest retailers including Sainsbury's and Asda.

As they continue to grow, they are looking for a Production Team Leader to play a key role in leading and developing their production team. This role would suit a Production Team Leader or similar who is looking for the opportunity to further progress their career, for a business that can offer structured development into managerial positions and optional overtime to increase earnings.

The Role:

Leading and monitoring the production team Keeping production running efficiently to meet daily targets Operating Forklift Trucks as needed (full training provided) Monday to Friday, 2:30pm - 10:30pm, 37.5 hours Optional overtime, 1.33x during the week and 1.5x on a weekend
