An established and growing manufacturing business in Droitwich is seeking an experienced Injection Moulding Setter / Operator to join its production team. Supplying high quality components into sectors including automotive, construction and leisure, this is an excellent opportunity for a skilled setter looking for long term stability, training and career progression.

Working within a modern manufacturing environment, you'll play a key role in ensuring production runs efficiently, safely and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities Carrying out mould tool changes on injection moulding machines Setting and optimising moulding machines for production Monitoring process performance and product quality Troubleshooting process issues and making adjustments where required Supporting continuous improvement activities Working closely with production and quality teams to achieve targets What We're Looking For Previous experience setting plastic injection moulding machines Experience carrying out mould tool changes Good understanding of injection moulding processes Flexible and proactive approach to work Strong team player with a positive attitude Forklift, lifting equipment or plastics processing training would be advantageous What's On Offer?
