Production Operative - Cooking Pre-Mix Operative

Location:

Grimsby Pay: £13.04 per hour, increasing to £13.87 once trained Night Rate: £0.50 per hour for hours worked after 10pm

Shift: 4 on / 4 off continental - 2 days & 2 nights

Hours:

6am-6pm / 6pm-6am Weekly

Hours:

44 hours Overtime:
Paid at time and a third after 44 hours

Experience:

Previous production experience required (minimum 6 months) Immediate Start | Temp to Perm Mach Recruitment is recruiting for experienced Production Operatives to join a busy food production site in Grimsby

The Role Reporting to the Area Leader, you will be responsible for:
Following daily production plans and recipes using the Olympus system Loading raw materials into cooking vessels at the correct stages Checking product quality and ensuring full traceability Following allergen and non-allergen procedures Completing required quality and cooking checks Reporting any issues or products out of specification Ensuring equipment and vessels are clean and ready for production Working closely with the Quality and Production teams Following all health, safety, hygiene and food safety procedures About You Previous production/food manufacturing experience is essential Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills Able to follow procedures and recipes accurately Reliable and flexible Must be able to work the full 4-on/4-off rotation , including days and nights Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment The Benefits £13.04 per hour, increasing to £13.87 after training Additional £0.50 per hour for hours worked after 10pm Overtime paid at time and a third Weekly pay Training provided Temp-to-perm opportunity 4-on/4-off shift pattern Mach Recruitment is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
