Days OR Nights 8, 10or 12-hour shifts You choose! Looking for something different? Are you tired of repetitive warehouse or factory work? We are looking for reliable and hardworking Production Operatives to join a friendly, family-run business in Long Buckby. This is a varied role working both indoors and outdoors , operating machinery, carrying out quality checks and supporting the wider production operation.

The Role Your duties will include:
Operating and monitoring production machinery Carrying out regular quality checks Adjusting machinery settings via PLC panels Assisting with machinery changeovers and minor maintenance Completing basic production paperwork Keeping the plant clean and tidy Supporting yard and outdoor production activities Working closely with the Quality, Yard and Logistics teams What we're looking for We're looking for people who are:
