About you Third-level qualification in Marketing, Communications, Design or a related discipline Minimum of 3 years' experience in a marketing role Strong content creation and copywriting skills Experience managing social media and digital marketing campaigns Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) or Canva Experience producing photography, video and visual content Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects Strong communication skills with excellent attention to detail

Experience with in the construction or engineering sector (desirable) What you'll do Plan and deliver marketing campaigns to promote company projects, services and brand Produce engaging content including photography, video, graphics and promotional materials Manage website updates, social media channels and press releases Design presentations, infographics and digital marketing assets Coordinate company events, project launches and promotional activities Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports Manage multiple marketing projects in line with business objectives Maintain marketing budgets and contribute to board reporting Monitor industry trends and identify new marketing opportunities Support community engagement and social value initiatives For further information on this opportunity, or any other position in Belfast or wider Northern Ireland, please apply via the link or contact Conor Birch in the strictest confidence.
