About you Third-level qualification in Marketing, Communications, Design or a related discipline Minimum of 4 years' experience in a similar marketing role

Experience with in the construction or engineering sector (advantageous) Strong knowledge of digital marketing and brand management Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator or Canva Experience creating photography, video and visual content Excellent copywriting and communication skills Strong organisational and project management abilities Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team What you'll do Develop and deliver integrated marketing campaigns to promote the company's projects, services and brand Create engaging content including photography, drone imagery, graphics, videos and promotional materials Manage social media channels, website content, press releases and digital communications Design presentations, infographics and branded marketing collateral Coordinate project launches, company events, site visits and promotional activities Analyse campaign performance and produce marketing reports Manage multiple marketing projects in line with strategic marketing plans Maintain marketing budgets and prepare updates for senior leadership Monitor industry trends to identify innovative marketing opportunities Collaborate with internal teams to support business development and brand growth Support community engagement and Social Value initiatives For further information on this opportunity, or any other position in Belfast or wider Northern Ireland, please apply via the link or contact Conor Birch in the strictest confidence.
