VANRATH are delighted to be assisting our client, a large construction organisation with the recruitment of a Marketing Officer to join their team based in Dungannon.

You'll be joining a well-established organisation operating within the construction and civil engineering sector, delivering major residential, commercial, educational, and infrastructure projects across the UK and Ireland. About you

• Third-level qualification in Marketing, Communications, Design or a related discipline
• Minimum of 4 years' experience in a similar marketing role
• Experience with in the construction or engineering sector (advantageous)
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing and brand management
• Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator or Canva
• Experience creating photography, video and visual content
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills
• Strong organisational and project management abilities
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team

What you'll do

• Develop and deliver integrated marketing campaigns to promote the company's projects, services and brand
• Create engaging content including photography, drone imagery, graphics, videos and promotional materials
• Manage social media channels, website content, press releases and digital communications
• Design presentations, infographics and branded marketing collateral
• Coordinate project launches, company events, site visits and promotional activities
• Analyse campaign performance and produce marketing reports
• Manage multiple marketing projects in line with strategic marketing plans
• Maintain marketing budgets and prepare updates for senior leadership
• Monitor industry trends to identify innovative marketing opportunities
• Collaborate with internal teams to support business development and brand growth
• Support community engagement and Social Value initiatives
