VANRATH are delighted to be assisting our client, a large construction organisation with the recruitmentof a Marketing Officer to join their team based in Dungannon.

- £40,000 - £45,000 salary

You’ll be joining a well-established organisation operating within the construction and civil engineering sector, delivering major residential, commercial, educational, and infrastructure projects across the UK and Ireland. The business is committed to innovation, sustainability and community engagement, with marketing playing a key role in supporting its continued growth and strengthening its brand presence.
About you- Third-level qualification in Marketing, Communications, Design or a related discipline
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in a similar marketing role
- Experience with in the construction or engineering sector (advantageous)
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing and brand management
- Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator or Canva
- Experience creating photography, video and visual content
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills
- Strong organisational and project management abilities
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team
- Develop and deliver integrated marketing campaigns to promote the company's projects, services and brand
- Create engaging content including photography, drone imagery, graphics, videos and promotional materials
- Manage social media channels, website content, press releases and digital communications
- Design presentations, infographics and branded marketing collateral
- Coordinate project launches, company events, site visits and promotional activities
- Analyse campaign performance and produce marketing reports
- Manage multiple marketing projects in line with strategic marketing plans
- Maintain marketing budgets and prepare updates for senior leadership
- Monitor industry trends to identify innovative marketing opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to support business development and brand growth
- Support community engagement and Social Value initiatives
