Brand Marketing Manager; Food

Position: Brand Marketing Manager (Food)
Due to a period of rapid growth, my client in mid Kent is looking for a creative and commercially minded Brand Marketing Manager to drive brand growth across their food manufacturing portfolio. You will develop and execute marketing strategies, manage product launches, deliver engaging campaigns, and use consumer insights to strengthen brand performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement brand marketing strategies. Manage marketing campaigns across digital, social, and trade channels. Lead new product launches and support packaging development. Analyse market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activity. Manage marketing budgets and measure campaign effectiveness. Collaborate with Sales, NPD, and external agencies. Requirements:
Proven brand marketing experience within FMCG, food manufacturing, or consumer goods. Strong understanding of brand management and marketing strategy. Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills. Experience managing product launches and marketing campaigns.
