We are working with a large manufacturer within the Crushing & Screening industry who are seeking a reliable and self-motivated Cycle Counter to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.

Role:

• Ensure monthly cycle count coverage is achieved, meeting company and site accuracy and inventory value targets through daily stock counts.
• Support warehouse quality checks and collaborate with floor teams on part inspections.
• Complete assigned project work.
• Adapt to business changes and contribute to company objectives.
• Apply critical thinking to solve problems and improve processes.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
• Travel as required to support business needs.

Requirements:

• Previous cycle counting, office, or manufacturing industry experience is desirable.
• Proficient in basic Excel and comfortable working in fast-paced environments with changing priorities
• Excellent verbal, written, and listening skills, enabling clear communication and effective teamwork.
