Reporting directly to the Compliance and Quality Systems Manager, you will be part of a dedicated team within a renowned, forward-thinking organisation committed to continuous improvement and excellence. About you Minimum 12 months experience in a Quality Assurance role within Food Safety or Quality Management Systems (e.g., BRC, ISO 9001) OR 24 months in Thermoforming, Offset Printing, or Injection Moulding with a good understanding of quality assurance practices Desirable Knowledge of internal auditing and GMP standards is advantageous Strong organisational and communication skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Excellent attention to detail and systematic approach Ability to influence and motivate at all levels What you'll do Generate and manage Product Specifications and Declarations of Compliance for customer requirements Coordinate site's GPUK compliance and Change Management processes, ensuring timely closure of action logs Lead auditing programmes to ensure compliance with industry standards such as ISO, BRC, FDA Support the implementation of quality & food safety training, including conducting inductions and awareness sessions Maintain Approved Suppliers List and oversee testing of product samples Manage non-conformances and collaborate with suppliers towards timely resolutions Assist in maintaining site accreditations and compile KPI data for reporting Liaise with internal teams, suppliers, and external stakeholders to uphold quality standards and continuous improvement initiatives For further information on this job, apply via the link or contact Jamie Gault for a confidential chat today.
