Technical Systems & Compliance Manager Our client is seeking a Technical Systems & Compliance Manager to lead the development, management and continual improvement of its Food Safety and Quality Management Systems. The successful candidate will play a key role in strengthening food safety culture, supporting audit readiness, driving compliance and using data to deliver meaningful improvements across the business. Based in Dungannon, this is a fully onsite role offering close collaboration with Production, NPD, Engineering, Procurement and Supply Chain teams.

The Role:

* Lead and improve Food Safety and Quality Management Systems, including BRCGS, HACCP and GMP standards.
* Manage supplier approval, customer technical requirements and audit preparation.
* Develop technical KPI reporting and analyse complaints, non-conformances, audits and supplier performance.
* Lead root cause investigations and corrective action programmes.
* Coach technical team members and collaborate across multiple departments.

The Person :
* Degree or equivalent qualification in Food Science, Food Technology or a related discipline.
* At least five years of experience in a food manufacturing technical or quality environment.
* Strong knowledge of BRCGS, HACCP, GMP, supplier approval and food safety legislation.
* Experience with customer audits, data interpretation and Power BI or similar reporting tools.
* Strong communication, influencing, project management and continuous improvement skills.
* Experience in infant nutrition, cereals, snacks or FMCG manufacturing would be beneficial. The Rewards: * £40,000 to £50,000 salary.
