Moy, Co. Tyrone Salary: £45,000 + Performance Bonus (up to £4,500)

Hours:

Full-Time | 40 Hours per Week | Flexibility required across a 7-day operation This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially focused retail leader to play a key role in the day-to-day management of a high-performing store. Working closely with the General Manager, you will help drive operational excellence, develop leadership capability across the business and ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained at all times.

The Role As Store Manager, you will:
Support the General Manager with the overall leadership and day-to-day operation of the store. Deputise for the General Manager during periods of absence. Drive sales performance, labour efficiency, waste reduction and operational KPIs. Lead, coach and develop Deputy Managers, Team Leaders and departmental managers. Ensure exceptional customer service standards across all areas of the business. Promote accountability, operational excellence and high standards throughout the store.

Oversee compliance with food safety, health & safety and company procedures. Support fresh food operations, ensuring excellent product quality, merchandising and availability. Analyse business performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Help identify and develop future leaders through coaching and succession planning. About You The successful candidate will have:
At least 3 years' experience in a Store Manager, Senior Assistant Manager or similar leadership role within a fast-paced retail environment. Previous convenience retail experience. A proven ability to deliver sales growth and manage labour, waste and operational performance. Strong leadership and people management skills with experience coaching and developing teams. Excellent organisational, communication and decision-making abilities. A hands-on management style with the ability to thrive in a busy retail environment.

A genuine passion for customer service and operational excellence.

Experience with in fresh food, deli or food-to-go operations would be highly advantageous. What's on Offer? £45,000 basic salary. Performance bonus of up to £4,500 per annum.
