Sales Executive in Dungannon (Motor Industry)

Our client are an established supplier of quality used vehicles, they have a reputation for excellent quality and customer service and are currently recruiting a sales executive. The successful candidate will represent the Company and be responsible for ensuring that the excellent customer service they provide is offered consistently and that the needs of their customers are met in the most professional and enthusiastic manner possible.

From initial enquiry right through to customer delivery you will be the point of contact for keeping the customer up to date & following up accordingly in line with the sales processes.

• Maintaining an outstanding product knowledge of the cars and vehicles you are selling.
• Responsible for the input and accurate updating for the CRM in relation to Sales
• Ensuring that you are providing an excellent level of customer service and delivering a positive customer experience.
• Carrying out Vehicle Demonstrations and Test Drives.
• Meeting Company Car Sales Targets.
• Provide an effective financial solution for a range of customers, advising on and upselling on finance.
• Maximising profitability and revenue within the Car Sales Department.
• Anticipate and identify customer needs and meet and exceed them by relationship building and taking responsibility for resolving customer issues and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Work with customers to the highest ethical and professional standards to build long-term profitable relationships.
• To effectively manage the customer through the entire sales process; from enquiry to delivery and beyond
• Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge and communicate this appropriately with customers.
• Liaise with Finance Companies on behalf of Customers to assist in the sales process.

• Minimum 3 years Motor Trade sales experience
• Full Driving License
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• IT Literate
• Highly organised
