Having built strong inbound traction and a customer base that includes global names like NASA, they’ve grown to £1.5m ARR by outperforming larger competitors on performance, price, and customer experience. With proven product-market fit, they’re now focused on scaling through outbound sales and customer expansion.

They’re now growing their business development team with two new Sales Development Representative hires who will help identify and qualify new opportunities, accelerate pipeline generation, and play a key role in driving the next stage of growth for this fast-scaling, AI-focused business.

  • Proven inbound traction with nearly £2m ARR generated almost entirely through inbound channels, supported by a 3,000-strong open-source community and 7,000+ newsletter subscribers engaging with regular content and lead magnets.
  • Around 200 new sign-ups per month across resources such as whitepapers and webinars - giving SDRs a steady flow of warm leads to qualify alongside targeted outbound prospecting into key enterprise accounts.
  • Expanding market opportunity as AI adoption accelerates - strong demand across industries, including software, supply chain, defence, and enterprise data analytics.
  • Highly referenceable product with 20+ customers and a growing library of case studies and success stories.
  • 30-person business with a strong sales and marketing function, offering close mentorship, structured onboarding, and hands-on support from senior leadership.
  • Joining as one of two new SDRs, with the opportunity to shape the outbound motion and progress quickly into senior SDR or AE roles based on performance.
  • Fully remote role offering autonomy, progression potential, and strong earning opportunities within a fast-scaling, AI-focused business.
  • £45k - £50k base + £20k OTE with a lucrative commission structure - £266 per MQL, £399 for MQA and £530 for cold outbound!
The Role:
  • Engage and qualify marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) generated through webinars, whitepapers, and community sign-ups, while prospecting into target industries using relevant and creative outreach.
  • Use current and emerging customer use cases to inform prospect messaging — for example, identifying how a car manufacturer uses graph analytics for supply chain analysis and applying that insight to engage other automotive brands facing similar challenges.
  • Book and qualify discovery meetings (BANT) with technical and commercial stakeholders across AI, data, and analytics functions.
  • Research and identify target accounts using prospecting tools, intent data, and product usage signals to build high-quality outbound lead lists.
  • Execute daily multi-channel outreach including cold calls, emails, and Linked In messaging — bringing creativity and persistence to your approach.
  • Qualify leads effectively through thoughtful questioning to understand use cases, challenges, and potential fit for the technology.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to optimise campaigns, share insights from conversations, and improve conversion rates.
  • Ensure smooth handovers to Account Executives - maintaining accurate CRM records, detailed meeting notes, and clear scheduling.
  • Contribute ideas and feedback to refine outbound messaging, sales processes, and overall go-to-market strategy as the team scales.
