Location:

Working hours:

40 Hours per week We are looking for a commercially driven Regional Parts Sales Manager to help grow our spare parts business across a regional dealer network. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with dealers, identifying sales opportunities, using data to support decisions, and improving the customer experience through strong parts availability, proactive sales activity, and effective digital tools.

As part of the regional parts team, you will support all brands within the spare parts business and work across both field-based and office-based activities. You will collaborate with dealers, sales teams, pricing, product support, customer service, supply chain, business intelligence, and digital solutions teams to drive sustainable parts growth and deliver a strong dealer and customer experience.

What you’ll do
  • Develop and grow spare parts sales across existing and new dealer accounts.
  • Support dealers in identifying growth opportunities based on machine population, operating conditions, usage patterns, service needs, historical demand, and market potential.
  • Work with dealers to improve parts availability, inventory planning, quote follow-up, order conversion, and customer satisfaction.
  • Promote the use of digital parts tools, including online parts platforms, dealer inventory planning systems, telematics portals, reporting dashboards, and eCommerce solutions.
  • Collect and share market intelligence, including competitor pricing, customer requirements, local market feedback, and buy-away opportunities.
  • Collaborate with pricing and commercial teams to support competitive, profitable, and market-relevant pricing decisions.
  • Analyse dealer performance, quote activity, conversion rates, sales trends, parts demand, and product category performance to identify priorities and action plans.
  • Help dealers adopt best practices in parts sales, inventory management, system usage, customer follow-up, and proactive opportunity management.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve dealer parts topics, including catalogue, availability, delivery, pricing, order processing, technical support, and system-related issues.
  • Support new parts initiatives, campaigns, product introductions, dealer communications, and training activities to drive awareness and adoption.
  • Provide regular business updates, including dealer visit reports, risks, opportunities, progress against targets, and agreed next steps.
What you’ll bring
  • Experience in parts sales, aftermarket, dealer development, product support, service, or a related commercial role.
  • A strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify sales opportunities and turn them into practical actions.
  • Good analytical capability and confidence using data to understand performance, customer behaviour, pricing, sales trends, and opportunity gaps.
  • Ability to build strong working relationships with dealers, customers, and internal stakeholders across different functions and geographies.
  • Practical understanding of spare parts operations, inventory planning, dealer networks, service support, or equipment aftermarket business.
  • Comfort working with digital business tools, reporting platforms, online parts systems, and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and follow-up skills.
  • Self-motivated and well organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities across field-based and office-based activities.
  • A business qualification or equivalent relevant experience would be beneficial.
Why Join Us

This is an opportunity to play an important role in developing a growing spare parts business, strengthening dealer partnerships, and improving how parts are sold, supported, and delivered to customers. You will have the chance to combine commercial ownership, dealer engagement, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration in a role that has a direct impact on dealer performance and customer satisfaction.
