Business Development Executive

Ready to create your own success story? An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Business Development Executive to join a growing organisation with UK and international markets. This is a genuine new business and growth role. You'll be responsible for identifying opportunities, winning new customers, developing existing accounts and building a strong sales pipeline. What you'll be doing Generating new business through research, prospecting, cold calling and networking.

Building and managing a strong sales pipeline. Developing existing customer relationships and increasing revenue. Negotiating pricing and commercial agreements. Using CRM to manage opportunities and deliver against KPIs. Working closely with the Sales Manager and wider team to shape growth strategies. What we're looking for A proactive, tenacious and commercially minded sales professional with a proven track record in business development and customer relationship building.

You'll need strong communication and negotiation skills, a structured approach to sales, commercial awareness and the resilience to work in a target-driven environment. B2B experience within engineering, components or parts would be highly advantageous. On offer Salary to £40,000 Bonus to 15% 25 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays Pension Office hours - Monday-Thursday: 8:50am-5:00pm, Friday: 8:50am-4:30pm If you're driven by winning new business and turning opportunities into results, we want to hear from you.
