Business Development Manager – UK & Ireland

Precision Switchgear & Controls is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to support our continued growth across the UK and Ireland.

This is an opportunity to take real ownership of developing new markets, strategic customer relationships and major project opportunities within a growing independent switch gear business.

You will have the autonomy to build your own network, develop key accounts, engage with customers at an early project stage and directly influence Precision’s commercial growth and market strategy.

We are particularly interested in candidates with experience across LV switch gear, electrical distribution, critical power, M&E, data centres or technical project-led sales.

The successful candidate will be commercially driven, confident developing senior-level relationships and capable of turning opportunities into long-term customer partnerships.

This role offers the opportunity to make a visible impact on the business and to develop your own position as Precision continues to grow.

Location: UK & Ireland, with regular travel and attendance at our Dungannon facility as required.
