Relief Waking Night Support Worker

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our waking night team - Is that person you?! We are recruiting a Relief Waking Night Support Worker for our Registered Mental Health Residential Home in Burslem, Stoke-on-Trent. Support Worker Duties:
• Providing respectful personal care, practical and emotional support,
• Develop and sustain warm and trusting relationships with service users,
• Collaborating with colleagues, families and involved professionals to ensure a coordinated and consistent service.
