Road Freight Operator

We are working with a smaller freight forward who are looking to recruit a European Road Freight Operator. Our client is looking for ideally Import/ Export Road Freight experience, however if you have either Imports or Exports will train on the other. The role is working on the Healthcare side of the business. Working within a small team. All office based.

Role Involves:
Day to Day coordination of scheduling of shipments Dealing with returns Communicating daily with customers. Create and manage bookings on internal system. Update on job status Deal with all paperwork on delivery details, status changes etc. Coordinate with transport providers and warehouse team. Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm Salary depends on experience.
