Primary Job Function: To install residential heating and air conditioning systems to company standards, providing the customer with a high quality experience while meeting established deadlines and maintaining proper margins. The role also involves performing maintenance/service on residential heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards, resulting in high quality customer experience.
Job Title: Service Technician - Apprentice
Pay Scale: $17 - $22 per hour plus benefits listed below
Work Hours: Start at 7:00am, with overtime as needed
Reports to: Service Manager

- Valid driver's license

- Basic customer service skills
- Universal EPA Certification
- Certificate of completion from a HVAC technical school
- Nate certification
- 1+ years of experience
- Possess tools needed
- Basic understanding of wiring diagrams
- Basic understanding of sheet metal
- Basic understanding of refrigeration
