The Project Superintendent is responsible for executing Ivey Mechanical’s safety plan on-site and ensuring compliance with company policies. This role works closely with the Project Manager to meet financial goals and maintain the project schedule. Responsibilities include quality control, problem-solving, and proactive communication to ensure efficient and accurate installations.###

* Keep work areas clean, professional, and safe
* Manage and update a 3-week lookahead schedule
* Communicate potential delays to the Project Manager
* Build strong relationships with customers and inspectors
* Maintain accurate and professional as-built drawings
