Job DescriptionThe main requirement for Domino’s Pizza Customer Service Representative (CSR) applicants is to have a positive personality, a clear and highly energetic voice, and a customer‑service oriented approach. CSRs speak with customers throughout their shift and must be able to handle various customer‑related issues. They must also be well versed in product details, services, charges, and other relevant information that customers may need.
CSRs learn basic store operations, including pizza preparation and product control.
