• Pre-Cleaning and Stocking:
  Complete all pre‑cleaning duties including stocking room supplies and tools on the assigned work cart and folding and/or assisting with any dirty linen in the housekeeping laundry room.
• Clean and Stock Rooms:
  Thoroughly clean and restock the required number of guest rooms as assigned per shift.
• Additional Cleaning Projects:
  As assigned by direct supervisor, clean storage rooms, public spaces, guest laundry, and room deep cleaning activities, ensuring all front and back house areas are clean, organized and safe.
• Maintain Spotless Cleanliness:
  Keep all areas, both front and back of the house, clean and well‑organized; pitch in to clean guest rooms and public spaces as needed to maintain a safe and welcoming environment.
• Hospitality While Cleaning:
  Greet guests happily with a smile, by name if possible, while cleaning and maintaining a friendly, service‑oriented demeanor.
• Follow Checklists and Reports:
  Complete all operational checklists accurately and on time, submit shift handover reports, and participate in uniform and grooming standards per the Team Member Handbook.
• Effective Communication:
  Communicate clearly, honestly, and professionally with team members and guests throughout the shift.
• Continuous Improvement:
  Demonstrate a can‑do attitude, willingness to stretch beyond traditional role responsibilities, and collaborate to create a welcoming environment for guests and a positive workplace.

• Experience in a hospitality, service, or consumer‑facing franchise or related field preferred.
• Positive, can‑do attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to understand and follow established guidelines and procedures.
• Work well under stressful, high‑pressure situations.
• Effective listening, conflict resolution and strong listening skills.
• Clear communication skills.
• Desire to serve all guests.
• Must be 18 years of age or older to perform this job.
• Willing to work a varied schedule that may include evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays based on hotel demands.
• Arrive on time, clock in and out on every shift, and never work while off the clock.
• Follow supervisor instructions for break times and call‑out procedures.

• Stooping, bending, kneeling, crawling, walking, standing, and repetitive motions required for the job.
• Lifting and carrying certain housekeeping items such as linens, trash, and vacuums.
• Climbing ladders, stairs, and other structures where necessary.
