The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to own and execute "start to finish" variable tasks such as planograms, as well as support tasks including merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The FAST Team Member interacts with customers and Team Members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

As a FAST Team Member, you should be available, flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented, capable of fulfilling these requirements:

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts, including varied hours, days, nights, and overtime as needed.
• Communicate proactively with your District FAST Supervisor regarding work progress, issues, and solutions.
• Accurately and timely complete planograms and resets.
• Perform store-specific measurements and cycle counts accurately.
• Complete Tractor Way top cap process and hang store signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Review planogram integrity and perform detailed recovery.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA:
  Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, and Add value.

Ensure customers have a shopping experience that stands out from the competition. Provide peak coverage as needed (e.g., Day After Thanksgiving). Additional duties may be assigned.

Experience:

Previous retail and/or merchandising experience required. Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to read, write, and count accurately is essential regardless of education level.

• Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding strongly preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and basic computer skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ethical issue resolution with minimal conflict.
• Self-directed with the ability to complete assignments independently.

• Primarily indoor environment with moderate noise; outdoor lots are hard surfaces.
• Shifts vary, generally from 4 to over 8 hours.
• Travel between store locations using personal vehicle required, often for long periods.
• Maintain a safe, productive environment per safety guidelines.

• Travel as needed for district support.
• Push/pull up to 2,000 pounds with proper equipment.
• Lifting overhead and moving merchandise up to 50 pounds frequently.
• Stand, kneel, twist, crouch, climb ladders, and operate store equipment.
• Read, write, count, and communicate effectively.
• Handle contact with birds/poultry.
• Complete all training and operate necessary equipment.
• Operate vehicles and move merchandise safely throughout the store.
