Maintenance Technician
Pay Rate: $24/hr
Schedule:
Two shifts available

• Friday-Monday 4-10s: 6:00AM-4:30PM
• Friday–Sunday, 3-12s: 4PM–4AM (Work 36 hours, get paid for 40 hours
• Training: Approximately 2 weeks on day shift (Monday–Friday-8 hours shifts)

Duration: Temp to Hire
Location: Dunnellon, FL

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance to keep all machinery and equipment running efficiently with minimal production downtime
• Conduct general machine maintenance including cleaning, greasing, and servicing of manufacturing equipment
• Basic knowledge or experience with conveyors, feeders, mills, kilns, electrical systems, automation, and hydraulics is a plus
• Read and interpret technical documents, blueprints, and drawings
• Troubleshoot electrical issues
• Welding experience is a plus but not required

Requirements:

• Drug and background screening
• Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing maintenance
• Receptive to coaching and feedback
• Strong communication skills to work effectively with all departments

Physical Demands:

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Comfortable working in a high-speed manufacturing environment
• Capable of repetitive motions
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs
