6 Months - 37 hours Based:
Warton Day: £30.54 PAYE or £41.06 Umbrella inside IR35 Hybrid – 3 4 days on site per week Overview BAE Systems is seeking an experienced Project Control Lead to join a high-profile FCAS (Future Combat Air System) programme. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in delivering robust project controls across a complex and fast-paced defence environment.

The Job:
Develop and maintain integrated project schedules, including resource and cost loading. Perform cost management activities including budget tracking, forecasting, EACs and cashflow reporting. Support resource planning and demand forecasting. Manage change control and maintain programme baselines. Conduct risk and opportunity analysis, including schedule and cost impacts. Produce project reporting, variance analysis, KPI dashboards and Control Account Manager packs. Provide project controls guidance and support continuous improvement initiatives).

Key Skills Strong schedule, cost and resource management experience. Proficient in Microsoft Project and Excel.

Experience with cashflow forecasting, variance analysis and integrated reporting. Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
