Estates Administrator

Location: Toddington, Gloucestershire
Hours: Full Time Monday to Friday | Permanent
Salary: £27,000 – £28,000 per annum

Our client is seeking an experienced Estates Administrator to support the day-to‑day operations of a busy private estate. This role involves providing high-level administrative support, coordinating contractors and suppliers and assisting with facilities and operational management across the estate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Estate Manager.
  • Coordinate day-to‑day estate administration activities.
  • Liaise with contractors and manage related documentation.
  • Support facilities and property administration tasks.
  • Manage supplier invoices and monitor budgets.
  • Work closely with finance teams to maintain accurate records.
  • Purchase supplies and manage stock requirements.
  • Support ad hoc operational and administrative tasks.
  • Identify and suggest process improvements where appropriate.
Key Skills
  • Previous administration experience within a facilities, property, or operational environment.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive and adaptable approach to work.
  • Ability to work independently and use initiative.
  • Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making ability.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Excel.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Professional and reliable approach.
  • Full UK driving licence required.
