Gilmartins in Houghton Regis is seeking an experienced inbound Call Handler to work as Repairs Advisor in a full-time, office-based role. Working hours are 8am–5pm, Monday to Friday, with occasional until 6pm and one Saturday or Sunday per month, and extra hours paid at standard rate.
Responsibilities include taking inbound calls from tenants and clients, logging faults, and booking appointments. Prior experience in a contact/call centre is required; knowledge of property maintenance or home DIY
