Hours:

8:30am - 3:30pm

• Supporting pupils with a range of SEN on a 1:1 and small group basis.
• Assisting the class teacher to create an inclusive and engaging learning environment.
• Encouraging pupils' academic, social and emotional development.
• Working collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs and parents to support individual learning needs.

• Experience working within a primary school or educational setting.
• Experience supporting children with SEN, or a genuine passion for working with pupils with additional needs.
• A caring, patient and positive approach.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• The ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
