Salary/Benefits: Salary is between £27,717 and £32,515 per annum DOE and Qualifications, 27 days annual leave plus Bank holidays,People’s Pension, Retail and Leisure Discounts, excellent professional and personal development opportunities, accessing college courses.

• Qualifications & Specialist Knowledge
  - Educated to Level 3 or above with GCSE English and Maths, experience supporting learners with learning difficulties and disabilities, and a strong understanding of safeguarding, equality, and inclusive practice.
• Learning Support & Student Development
  - Proven ability to deliver study skills, literacy and numeracy support on a one-to-one or small group basis, helping students achieve their learning goals and independence.
• Administrative & Technical Skills
  - Experienced in maintaining accurate records, managing documentation, using Microsoft Office applications, and supporting educational processes within a busy environment.
• Communication & Teamwork
  - Strong interpersonal, organisational and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships, work collaboratively, meet deadlines, and contribute to a welcoming and supportive learning environment.
• Safeguarding & Professional Commitment
  - Committed to safeguarding children and vulnerable adults, promoting equality and diversity, undertaking ongoing professional development, and demonstrating flexibility, adaptability, and professionalism across multiple locations.
