• Provide both in-class and 1:1 support for pupils with ASD and additional needs.
• Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and accessible lessons.
• Help create a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment.
• Build strong, trusting relationships with pupils.
• Support pupils' emotional wellbeing and academic progress throughout the school day.

• A patient, nurturing, and reliable individual.
• Previous experience supporting children with SEN (essential).
• Experience working in a school or with children in a similar setting.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
