Position: Lead Engineer (Flight Simulators)
Lead Maintenance Engineer (Flight Simulators) Burgess Hill £50,000 - £60,000  4 on 4 off  Training  Progression  Benefits Are you a Lead Maintenance Engineer or similar, from an aviation background, looking to head up a small team as the technical expert, within a leading aerospace business? In this role, you will be responsible for planned, preventative and reactive maintenance on simulators and systems, diagnosing, troubleshooting and repairing system faults. You will also run and check qualification test guide schedules alongside working with risk assessments, method statements, COSHH and Lockout/Tagout procedures. Finally, you will assist in training junior technicians. With over 20 years of history behind them, this fast-growing business aim to continue making a name for themselves in the aviation sector, already recognised as industry leaders within pilot training.

This role would suit a Lead Engineer or similar, with a background in the aviation sector looking to further their career.
