Kennedy Pearce are hiring a strategic Commercial Finance Business Partner to act as the trusted finance advisor to senior leadership, driving commercial performance, profitability, and data-led decision making. This role partners closely with executive stakeholders across Revenue and Digital functions, providing financial insight, commercial challenge, and strategic support to enable sustainable growth. Working 2-3 days in the London office with a generous pension and bonus on offer.

Key Responsibilities Act as the lead commercial finance partner for senior stakeholders across Revenue and Digital functions. Provide financial insight, performance analysis, and commercial recommendations to improve profitability and margins. Support business planning, budgeting, forecasting, and quarterly business reviews. Develop and monitor KPIs, pricing strategies, and revenue quality metrics. Evaluate growth initiatives, investment cases, and AI programmes to ensure strong commercial returns.

Drive adoption of AI and data-driven ways of working to improve efficiency and decision making. Collaborate with FP&A and wider finance teams to deliver high-quality reporting and financial planning. Influence stakeholders to improve commercial performance and support strategic decision making. Deliver commercial finance training and promote best practice across the business. Identify opportunities to improve finance processes, reporting, and operational efficiency.

About You Qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent). 10 years' experience in commercial finance or finance business partnering. Strong commercial acumen with a proven track record of improving profitability and supporting strategic decisions. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills. Experience partnering with senior commercial or sales leaders. Confident using AI-enabled tools (such as Microsoft Copilot) to improve insight and productivity.

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power BI, and Tagetik is desirable. Professional Services experience is preferred.
