Retail Finance Analyst, Dunstable, Bedfordshire (Hybrid- 3/2)£40,000 - £45,000 + Up to 15% Bonus + Excellent Benefits

We're recruiting for a commercially focused Retail Finance Analyst to join a leading UK retail business during an exciting period of continued growth.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Finance Analyst looking to partner with operational teams, deliver commercial insight and influence business performance within a fast-paced retail environment.

• Own month-end reporting, forecasting and financial analysis
• Deliver commercial insight to support business decisions
• Analyse trends, costs and performance across the retail operation
• Business partner with finance and operational stakeholders
• Support budgeting, forecasting and continuous improvement initiatives

• Previous Finance Analyst experience within Retail or FMCG
• ACCA/ACA/CIMA part-qualified (or studying)
• Strong Excel skills and confidence analysing large data sets
• Commercially minded with excellent analytical and communication skills
• Experience with Power BI, Oracle or SAP Business Objects is advantageous.

• £40,000 - £45,000 salary
