Workforce Personnel are recruiting experienced Care Workers to support residential care homes and nursing homes across Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire.
If you have at least 6 months’ experience working within a UK care setting and are passionate about delivering high-quality support, we want to hear from you.
Duties Include:
* Supporting elderly clients, learning disabilities & mental health needs
* Personal care & manual handling
* Providing social, emotional and physical support
* Promoting dignity and independence
Requirements:
* Minimum 6 months’ UK care experience
* Caring, reliable and professional attitude
* Good communication & written skills
* Flexible with shift patterns (days, nights, early, late)
* Enhanced DBS (or willing to obtain)
* Willing to complete mandatory training
