Support Worker Temporary, Part Time

Position: Support Worker (Permanent, Contract, Temporary, Part Time)
Workforce Personnel are currently recruiting for a dedicated and compassionate Support Workers to deliver 1:2:1 care to a client based in Dunstable.

This is a rewarding opportunity for an experienced Support Worker who is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care and making a real difference in someone’s daily life.

The Role

You will be supporting a client on a 1:2:1 basis within their home and/or community setting. Duties will include:

* Providing personal care and support with daily living tasks

* Promoting independence and choice

* Supporting with social and community activities

* Administering medication in line with training and care plans

* Providing emotional reassurance and companionship

* Maintaining accurate records and following care plans

Essential Requirements

* Previous experience within health and social care

* Must be trained and competent in administering medication

* A caring, patient and reliable nature

* Good communication and interpersonal skills

* Ability to work independently and follow care plans

* Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
