Systems Assistant

CRM / Data & Systems Assistant (Apprentice Level) A growing, data-driven organisation is looking for a detail-focused and technically minded Apprentice to join its CRM and systems team. This role is ideal for someone at the start of their career who enjoys working with data, processes, and technology and wants to build strong foundations in CRM systems, reporting, and digital operations .

This is a structured, hands-on apprenticeship where youll learn how data flows through systems, how digital tools support business decisions, and how accuracy and attention to detail can make a real impact. What Youll Be Doing (Full training provided no prior experience required) Working with CRM systems to extract, review, and report on data Pulling performance reports from system dashboards and presenting findings clearly Managing data entry, cleansing, and validation to ensure records are accurate and up to date Scheduling system-driven communications and checking configurations before deployment Supporting the day-to-day running of CRM platforms and digital tools Following set processes and checklists to ensure data integrity and system reliability Assisting with troubleshooting data or system issues alongside the wider team
