As our Product Data Operations Manager, you'll play a critical role in ensuring accurate, consistent and timely product and operational data across our Hotels & Restaurants estate. You'll be the key link between Commercial, Operations and Technology teams, helping to ensure room, inventory and pricing data supports seamless guest experiences and efficient operations at scale.

This is a highly collaborative role where you'll combine operational excellence, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills to drive data quality, support business change and enable the successful delivery of new products, features and initiatives.

• Own the day-to-day management of product and operational data across Hotels & Restaurants systems, including room type inventory and pricing.
• Act as the primary point of contact for Commercial and Operations teams for data changes, setup requests and issue resolution.
• Ensure data is accurate, complete and aligned across source and downstream systems.
• Coordinate data changes with Product, Technology, QA, Release and Service teams to support safe and successful delivery.
• Define and maintain data standards, processes and controls that support consistent and scalable operations.
• Support Hotel of the Future initiatives by ensuring robust data foundations are in place for new products, features and rollouts.
• Manage data dependencies, risks and operational readiness activities for releases and deployments.
• Monitor data quality and coordinate the resolution of data-related issues with internal teams and suppliers.
• Maintain clear documentation for data processes, ownership and operational workflows.
• Identify opportunities to improve data quality, operational efficiency and consistency across the estate.

• Experience managing operational, product or master data within a complex, multi-system environment.
• Strong understanding of how data supports customer experience, operational delivery and commercial performance.
• Experience coordinating data setup, changes and issue resolution across business and technology teams.
• Ability to ensure data is accurate, complete and aligned across multiple systems and processes.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience working across Commercial, Operations, Product and Technology teams.
• Experience managing priorities, dependencies and risks while delivering multiple data activities simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate issues, coordinate resolution and improve processes.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate business requirements into operational data changes.
• Experience defining or maintaining data standards, processes, controls and ownership responsibilities.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment.

• Experience working in hospitality, hotels, restaurants, retail, travel or other multi-site operational businesses.
• Experience working with room inventory, pricing, product or operational master data.
• Experience supporting releases, deployments, cutovers or service transitions where data readiness is critical.
• Experience working with third-party suppliers, vendors or implementation partners.
• Experience supporting large-scale business or digital transformation programmes.
• Knowledge of guest-facing digital products and the operational processes that support them.
• Experience driving continuous improvement initiatives that improve data quality, operational efficiency and scalability.
