Cleaning Supervisor

Working Cleaning Supervisor, TC Facilities Management is urgently recruiting for a Working Cleaning Supervisor to lead a small team of cleaners at the busy and high-footfall for a motorway service station. In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for supervising and working alongside a team of five cleaners to ensure consistently high standards of hygiene and cleanliness across all customer areas - including public toilets and shower facilities.

You’ll work closely with the Area Manager to ensure the smooth operation of daily cleaning tasks, provide on-the-job training, and be the first point of contact for any site cleaning issues. Shifts may include: 05:00 - 14:00, 14:00 - 23:00, (Some flexibility may be required depending on business needs.)

• Previous cleaning experience, ideally in a supervisory or team leader role
• A proactive, can-do attitude and the ability to lead by example
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership
• Own vehicle - due to the location, there is no public transport access A privately owned, professionally run business. Operating for over 60 years.
