Responsibilities Supervise/oversee operations conducted within department to ensure quality and service Responsible for overall planning, monitoring, and control of maintenance of the properties Perform daily checks within the accommodation and the grounds Look after the maintenance of all the fixture and fittings Health & Safety paperwork management and ensuring the site remains compliant by testing fire alarms, inspecting emergency lighting, checking security appliances and to log routine safety checks Repairs as needed and reported by residents Providing excellent guest service by resolving maintenance issues in a timely manner Stand in to cover when the Maintenance Manager is on leave Requirements Formal qualifications or time-served experience in Electrical, Mechanical or Plumbing trades Confident in dealing with general repairs such as fixing leaks, painting, changing locks etc.

Test fire alarms, inspect emergency lighting, check security appliances, and log routine safety checks Effective verbal skills to coordinate with outside vendors and senior management Experience in a supervisory role would be beneficial but not essential MCR Benefits 20 days holiday plus bank holidays, increasing by 1 with every completed year to a maximum 25 days Your Birthday off
