Registered Manager – Domiciliary Care Dunstable £42,000 – £45,000 per annum We are seeking an experienced and driven Registered Manager to lead our domiciliary care service in the Dunstable area.

This is an exciting opportunity for a strong leader who is passionate about delivering exceptional care, maintaining compliance, and developing a high-performing care team.

The Role As Registered Manager, you will be responsible for:

- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the domiciliary care service
- Ensuring full compliance with CQC regulations and standards
- Leading, managing, and supporting the care team
- Driving quality, growth, and service development
- Managing care plans, assessments, and staff performance
- Building strong relationships with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Promoting a positive and person-centred care culture Requirements
- Previous experience as a Registered Manager within domiciliary care
- Strong understanding of CQC standards and compliance
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
- Passion for delivering high-quality care
- Full UK driving licence preferred
