Overview

Pay: £12.71 per hour

Production Operatives are sought to join our client’s team based in Dunstable. This is a clean, organized manufacturing environment with regular hours and consistent work.

Shift Pattern

Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday
Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
Hours: 06:00–18:00 (Days) and 18:00–06:00 (Nights), rotating every 2 weeks
12 weeks Temp to perm

Key Responsibilities

Operating production machinery
Wrapping and packaging products
Preparing pallets for despatch
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Following health and safety guidelines at all times

Requirements

Previous production or warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential
Ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts (days and nights)
Good attention to detail
Physically fit and able to lift and move stock/pallets as required
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
