Trident Recruitment is recruiting an experienced CNC Machinist for a senior position in Dunstable. This opportunity would suit someone with a strong background in CNC turning or milling and experience programming Doosan machines using Fanuc controls.
The Role- Program, set and operate Doosan CNC turning or milling machines using Fanuc controls.
- Work from engineering drawings to produce accurate components.
- Select tooling, adjust offsets and optimise machining processes.
- Inspect components to ensure they meet specifications.
- Bring experience and a practical approach to resolving machining issues.
- Strong CNC turning or milling experience.
- Confident Fanuc programming skills.
- Experience working with Doosan machines.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and work to tight tolerances.
- A reliable, experienced machinist comfortable taking responsibility in a senior role.
- Hourly rate up to £20, depending on experience.
- Day shift with flexible working hours.
- Senior position with the opportunity to put your machining knowledge to use.
